One lucky pup named Nemo was recently gifted with a beautiful tiny home from Rocky Tanka, a YouTuber who makes dog videos. Visitors can stay in Nemo’s tiny home for as long as they wish so they can spend time with the dog. Nemo is a disabled dog. Lucky for him, Tye Friis at Reverse Rescue Ranch strongly believes that dogs like Nemo deserve love from humans too.
Reaching out for help in building a tiny home for a disabled dog
So Tye reached out to Rocky Kanaka. This man travels to a variety of places, increasing awareness anout the plight of homeless animals. It is his ultimate goal to help them find a loving, forever home.
Rocky was thrilled about Ty’s project for Nemo. But, unfortunately, the poor pup has difficulty walking. Nemo kept getting passed by at the shelter. Luckily, Rocky made a fantastic home for Nemo. This is Nemo’s home where humans can visit him. They stay there with him for as long as they want.
Rocky designed Nemo’s tiny house with a kitchen setup that can be used by visitors and volunteers who will be staying there. In addition, there is a couch that converts into a bed for guests. Rocky also installed a ramp so Nemo can make his way into the house and eventually even to the couch on his own.
This tiny home for a disabled dog has (almost) all the amenitieswants
There’s no bathroom in the tiny home, though, because the landscaping is designed for the pups. Still, the community center at the ranch has bathrooms and accommodations for those wanting to stay.
The tiny house has a TV, furniture, kitchen that visitors can use, and canvas artwork featuring Nemo himself. Ty hopes that someone will fall in love with Nemo and want to adopt him. He made sure Nemo is highlighted in the tiny home.
Rocky finally cut the red ribbon to openthe tiny house just for Nemo. The adorable pup walked in with his sideways stroll and headed straight to his bed. He was so excited. He seems to know that the place is all for him.
Another great story of a man going all-out to rescue dogs
